Well, the rain continues to fill the Manchester bowl....but, hey..I love the sound of the rain falling onto the glass, there is something quite nurturing about it, especially when you are inside, with a cup of tea!!
What lies ahead of you for the weekend. I will go to Bolton today to hod a Dru Garden Party - the subject - Meditation. We then have a FREE introductory day at the Ramada Hotel on Sunday. Saturday - I plan to go for a walk here in Manchester in a nearby park. Living in a city is quite an art - to keep hydrated and grounded as we live off the earth. I recommend the Earth Salutation from my yoga book 'Dru YOga , Stillness in Motion' as a way to help this process. It will help stabalise the electircity that runs thorugh us all the time in this electrical, mobile, wireless world!!
