Well, the rain continues to fill the Manchester bowl....but, hey..I love the sound of the rain falling onto the glass, there is something quite nurturing about it, especially when you are inside, with a cup of tea!!
What lies ahead of you for the weekend. I will go to Bolton today to hod a Dru Garden Party - the subject - Meditation. We then have a FREE introductory day at the Ramada Hotel on Sunday. Saturday - I plan to go for a walk here in Manchester in a nearby park. Living in a city is quite an art - to keep hydrated and grounded as we live off the earth. I recommend the Earth Salutation from my yoga book 'Dru YOga , Stillness in Motion' as a way to help this process. It will help stabalise the electircity that runs thorugh us all the time in this electrical, mobile, wireless world!!

Happy Sundays
Dear all
It is Sunday afternoon here in Manchester - the sun is out, glistening against the rain that has just fallen - how is it possible that a city can look so lovely!! I am potterring - sending e mails about the Boost Vitality Yoga Holiday I am running in Bulgaria 13- 20 Setpember. I am also running a Boost Vitality weekend in an amazing centre in North Wales - at the end of October - next to a fast flowing river,a natural forest and tucked away in the mountains. Meanwhile I prepare to run 2 'invitation only' retreats - one in North Wales and one in India.I must also give some time to think about how I will open the International Dru Congress in Epsom College on the 18 - 23 August imagine 45 workshope to choose from over 5 days - what a treat....ahhh, I like to be active.
Thank god I love what I do - my own practice keeps the passion for life strong. Goodness, there is so much I want to do and share!!!

Hello Troupers!
So here we go at last... Intelligent witter from the Dru Manchester Team.
You must all be dancing on the tables now with excitement...understood......we are...an extremely entertaining crew...especially Annie when teaching on the training course - yoga is supposed to make you younger, but with Annie's teaching classes you develop more wrinkles from laughing so much! Ahhh...that's what life is for....laughing!
Any way....enough of all that.
So, exciting time chaps, we're offering you the chance to train with us for....FREE! Yes, one lucky person will this year have a dream come true ( always fancied myself as a bit of a Jim'll fix it kind of girl ).
So come on...get-a entering dear friends...it could be YOU!
